Revd. Helen Chandler was ordained in The Anglican Church of Canada. Returning to the UK in 2018, she became the Priest-in-Charge in Kirkley in 2019 and Rector in 2021. Helen has a passion for community and ensuring that everyone in Kirkley knows that St. Peter & St. John is their Parish Church. Helen is proud to be part of the team here in the Parish who started Kirkley Pantry to provide affordable food and community support for those who need assistance.
Ryan High joined our parish church in 2022. He is pro active within the community and has a real passion for inclusivity for all. Ryan leads our Messy Church services as well as services of praise.
Jane Tighe was born in Kirkley and returned after living several years in London and Greater Manchester. Jane works as an Employment Adviser in Social Care, and she is Lay Chair of the Lothingland Deanery Synod.
Barry Moore has been part of the Church here in Kirkley all his life. He has served in many roles. Currently he holds the position of Honorary Treasurer and he is an elected PCC member. Barry is also an Authorised Worship Assistant (AWA), he is our Sacristan who looks after our liturgical supplies and sacred vessels and vestments. Beyond Kirkley, he is also a member of other choirs in Suffolk singing liturgical music.
Lorraine George
Pat Batley has been a member of St. Peter and St. John's Church for more than fifty-six years. She enjoys being involved in a variety of ways. She lives in Pakefield and has taught in Lowestoft for many years.
Trevor Dawes has been an active member of the church for about six years. He often serves and reads from the Bible during Sunday services,as well as being licensed as an Authorised Worship Assistant. Trevor works part time in Children and Young People's Services for the County Council. He is married to Rachel Dawes.
Graham Owers has been actively involved with the church for many years in a number of different ministries, such as serving, and Honorary Secretary to the Parochial Church Council.

Chris Broadley is a well-known face in town. He and his family run Flying Fifteens Tea Room on the seafront promenade as well as a Karate Club - so watch out! We are very grateful for Chris' interest and participation in the work of our church and parish life, and the leadership he offers us.
